Pads on the 360

I bought this pad, the BNSHOP Fusion:

and it has a USB plug, that my computer sees fine, but my 360 doesn't see it.

Is there anyway to use old pads on the 360?

just because pads have USB they dont work on xbox 360 because microsoft makes manufactures put a special chip or something in the controller to make the 360 recognize it

so basically unless it says "licensed by xbox" or whatever it wont work
