cobalt flux customer support?

I am planning to buy a pair of CBs after my BNS fusion pads died after 3 weeks. I am really angry at BNS right now because they promised to send a replacement cover but did not keep that promise (hasn't arrive after 2 weeks). They also would not pick up the phone at all (tried to call them several times over a few days). BNS has the worst support I've ever had from any online purchase I've made.

I have given up on BNS and am now going to buy a pair of CBs that will hopefully last for a few years. I just want to make sure that Cobalt Flux is a reliable company and will help me out if I get any problems with the pads. I don't want to reexperience what BNS had done to me again. So for anyone who had gotten CBs in the past, how was their support (replacing control boxes, wires, rma, etc)?

I am also considering a MyMyBox BlueShark metal pad. How are those pads compared to Cobalt Fluxes and how is their customer support?

I just picked up 3 cobalt flux pads that weren't being used by their current owners.

2 of them are like new and work perfectly, but the third one had a bad control box.

I emailed CF about a new control box, and was told to order it on their website, which I did. That was about 2 weeks ago.

I just got word that a Fed Ex package has been sent from them, and will supposedly arrive here on 4/8/08. I've emailed them twice before about the status of my order, but did not receive a reply. I did notice that they changed their 'webshop' right after I ordered the control box, so I had to sign up again for a new account on the new system. That order has not shown up on their new system as of yet.

These cobalt flux pads seem indestructible, mainly because their design is so simple. I am glad I got them!
