in the replies, how do you make it say' ____wrote:' instead of just 'Quote:'?

Click the quote button attached to the message that the person u want to quote, and it will do the rest for you. To edit the quote, edit the text between the {quote} and {/quote} boxes, just dont delete the boxes or what is contained whithin them.(I used the {} boxes instead of the [] boxes on my example to avoid creating a quote...)

If you want it to say the person's name, then put {quote="_____"}{/quote}, of course with [] instead.
