Location: It is placed right by the vent, so there is
constant air there.
Condition: New machine. It is a little cramped because
the arcade is very small, but it is not as cramped as Sunnyvale.
This machine is VERY slippery. Be careful.
Unlike the other Golflands, here is no snack bar, but
there are vending machines everywhere.
Cupertino

Location: At the front of the arcade. Poor ventilation.
No food or drink in the arcade at all, along with no
sitting in vacant arcade cabinets, but that shouldn't matter
since there are nearby tables that can view the machine from the
food court...

Location: In the center of the arcade. Bring a towel or grab some
napkins from the McDonalds in the arcade. There is a drinking fountain
with lukewarm water.
Condition: The machine is new and in good condition.
Redwood City - Malibu Castle Golf and Games

Location: Right at the front of the arcade. No fan, but the double doors
are huge, and a nice breeze comes in. Lots of room around the machine, too. No place to
sit down, though after you're done dancing.
Condition: The music is not very audible.
Milpitas - Dave & Buster's

Location: There's a nice open area around the machine for
crowds. The building is air conditioned.
Condition: The machine is new, looks good, and should
stay that way.

Location: In the middle of the arcade, with plenty of room around it for
crowds. There's a fan on the ceiling to cool you down while you dance.
Condition: The machine has since declined in quality
since the early days of DDR. The workers don't care about it anymore,
and DDR is no longer "special" at MGL.

Condition: The stage is right next to the machine with
tons of space behind it, so it could be pulled back. It is well
air conditioned, and there is a water fountain and a place to
buy refreshments (which are kinda expensive). Kids are all over
the place, who can be intrusive and sometimes obstruct play.
However, the machine is nice and does draw supportive crowds.

Location 1: The Airtight Garage, on the second floor. The
machine is located in the center of the arcade, and has a lot of
room for crowds. The place is dark, so the arrows really light
up when you step on them.
Location 2: The movie theater, on the third floor. The
machine is in good condition, but the volume is a bit low. ($2
for 5 songs)
If you plan to go for any length of time, be sure to check out
the Airtight Garage's calendar.
They have several unlimited play deals.

Condition: Volume is REALLY low. The pad is
VERY close to the screen, almost touching. The stage is very
dirty: "It's some strange movie theater concoction of utter
nastiness, combined with some strange slipperiness that made me
fearful to play at all... as if lugging the 97 pound pile of
quarters it took to play a game of double" -- Nobody.
Its at AMC, where its always crowded, so even if you are
a newbie, you'll still attract crowds!

the wall, so it is somewhat out of the way.

Location: Small parking lot, small arcade. The whole place feels very
crowded with machines (and the Golfland itself looks really ghetto).
Condition: The machine is sometimes dirty. Otherwise,
it is in good condition. There is a fan on the 1st player side.

Condition: Stage is not too worn in or too slippery. Volume is
pretty good, but could be louder.

Location: In the arcade area, as you walk in, you can't miss it.
Condition: Relatively new, but very dirty. There's an exit/entrance
near the arcade, so it probably gets dirt and such that way. This makes
the pad VERY slippery. The machine tends to skip on certain songs as
well, like Butterfly. Lack of AC/Fans makes the playing conditions very
rough. Management leaves a lot to be desired too, there's no drinks
allowed in the arcade--however, they won't bother you if you actually
bring drinks in. The stage is pushed all the way against the machine,
but there is plenty of room behind the machine, so you can pull the
stage away from the main console.

The machine is behind the Beatmania machine, with plenty of room
around it for a crowd to build-up. No Seats, though.
Condition: Brand new. The platform is a bit slippery due to its
new condition.

Condition: Pretty new. Pads are nice and slippery and
good for sliding. The machine lacks memory card slots. The music
does not conflict with the 3rd Mix machine.

Location: In front of the Casino Fun Center arcade. Good breeze
when the doors are open, and allows for open viewing. No seats,
though.
Condition: Good condition. No big problems with the current
setup. Sand buildup can cause the stage to become slippery, however.

Condition: Already been worn in. Asian version of DDR 3rd

You Can Say Goodbye. Management has recently eased up greatly.
Lots of room for people to watch now but a little cramped on the
sides of the machine. The music does not conflict with 4th Mix
machine.
